Let the misadventures begin...
As you all may already know, we were supposed to be arriving in Quito, Ecuador late this evening. However, we our experiencing our first misadventure, Houston was our first layover, and Houston is currently being evacuated due to hurricane Ike. Understandable, but still... I think Kristen and I are pulling our hair out. Now we leave on Wed the 17th. Hopefully the setback will not extend longer than that. Plus, we've said all of our goodbyes. People are wondering what we're still doing in the country. ---Hurricane people! Have some compassion. Sheesh.... Though, compassion aside, hopefully the next post with be in South America. Cheers!

I stole/borrowed a bunch of your clothes last week and I've really been enjoying them! Today, though, when I pulled one of your shirts over my head it smelled so much like you that I missed you so intensely and instantly I had to have some sort of contact with you! Ti voglio un sacco di bene sorellina mia! I'm really craving one of our cheesy hugs right now... along with one of those many nights that we stayed up too late because we couldn't stop giggling all night and papi had to keep getting after us.. and the more we tried to be quiet, the more we exploded in fits of laughter all over again! Tu sei come formaggio! I love you girl. Divertiti.
